This compact new house is a father-daughter joint venture.  The airy home will allow them to live on the same larger property while each having their own space.  The living room is focused on the expansive garden.  The kitchen and pantry will accommodate their avid cooking and canning of home-grown produce.  The garage will mostly be used for tools and bikes, so they plan to utilize the approach as an outdoor dining area.  A loft allows flexible space for guests, work and yoga. Construction is set for early 2023.
