This is a back yard office and retreat, dubbed the Garaj Mahal, for a couple to work at home. The project is sited behind their house in the position of their former garage. The form and materials borrow from their craftsman home, but the articulation is modern. This project was a collaboration with architect and friend, Jim Siemens.
